There are three categories of tower models, each with its own features and benefits. The towers are optimized for situations that require quick deployment with as few as one operator, and you can pack it up in less than six minutes. The towers can support up to 2,000 lb and go as high as 120 ft in 5 minutes on the standard large tower models. They can withstand hurricane wind speeds and have onboard systems for ensuring stability.
Large Tower Series
The tallest and sturdiest towers offered. These towers can rise to 120 ft in a matter of 5 minutes and can hold payloads of up to 2,000 lb. Available in three different models:
Small Tower Series
Small footprint towers that are compact and versatile. The small towers range in maximum height from 20 ft (60 seconds to full deployment) to 33 ft (2 minutes to full deployment) and can support a payload weight of 100 lb to 500 lb, depending on the model. Two versions available:
ISO Tower Series
The ISO tower series features the same height and weight capabilities as the large tower series but within a standard Conex/ISO shipping container body. Available in two options with different footprint sizes:
Low tip-over risk
The large tower series includes an outrigger set that can be deployed only using locking pins. They are easy and fast to set up and provide the tower an added boost of stability. The outrigger set includes guy wire rings to attach the tower and secure it even further against tip over. There is no need for bolting to the boat’s floor or added fixtures. The tower system is self-contained.
Less footprint when needed
For boats where space is most limited, the small tower series is a perfect choice. With a minimum footprint, they can still rise to 33 ft in less than 2 minutes. You get the height without the bulk.
As for boats with loading cranes, the ISO series is ideal. With a standard Conex/ISO container body, they can be mounted on the ship with ease and take up the same space as a regular container.
Ultra-fast deployment and teardown
Depending on the series, these naval towers are designed to be deployed within 5 minutes. The payload can be installed at ground level to make things easier and then rise along with needed cabling due to the retractable-cabling feature. The teardown is equally fast, and with the addition of the payloader, you can store the tower along with its attached systems in a single movement. That way, it’s ready to deploy next time even faster.
Self-sustained power options
You can set up the naval tower with a power generator or solar panels for self-powering. If required, the generator can also produce the energy needed for the payload. The tower can rely entirely on itself without the use of your boat’s power.
