Self Erecting Mast Technology
With Tower Solutions’ rigid interlocking column masts, you can stop your payload at any height without the need for locking telescoping sections. Instead, each side of our masts unrolls sections vertically and automatically interlocks to form a rigid structure. Because of the patented design, Tower Solution masts have the smallest footprint and nested height on the market. With just one electric motor running the entire system, it is more reliable than hydraulic, pneumatic, or cable winch counterparts.

Equipment Mounts

Self-Erecting Mast
Our masts have four available sizes and configurations, each precision machined from high-strength steel and aluminum alloys. Reach any height up to 120 ft (36.6 m), support the heaviest loads, and survive the harshest conditions.

Platform and Railings
Save time and expertise on set up and maintenance. Our large towers have an access ladder, platform, and railings that can be folded flat for transport. Your payload equipment will conveniently retract to the platform height, making access for service and installation simple.

Trailers

Power Systems
Power your equipment with a wide range of technology including solar, diesel, LP generators, batteries, and plug-in power options. Our autonomous systems automatically detect and use the best available power source, whether you are charging batteries with solar power or turning on the generator in a power outage.

System Controls
Raise performance with the push of a button. Simply press the raise or lower buttons to extend or retract the mast. Behind the scenes, the system controls continuously monitor the tower for safety and proper performance. The ruggedized system can operate in harsh environments, provide remote control and system data, or be bypassed entirely to manually retract the mast.
Outriggers
Working in high wind environments reduces your tower’s stability. Tower Solution’s outriggers are structural supports extending outwardly from the tower frame and interface with the ground to add additional support for the tower in high winds to prevent movement and tipping. The outriggers create a wide stance for the tower, significantly increasing the tower’s ability to withstand harsh environments.
