Harsh-Duty Generator Set

Spec Sheet

Built for the Toughest Environments

You may have already experienced a tower failing due to extreme temperature changes, inclement weather, or simply a lack of attention. This can be especially problematic when the tower is set up in a remote location unattended with no continuous energy source nearby.

A Harsh-Duty Generator Set is the ideal solution. It can withstand high temperatures in a dry climate, low temperatures in a wet environment, and long periods without maintenance. Each tower may be visited by personnel only once a month to replenish the tank with diesel fuel or perform a routine inspection to ensure the generator is functioning correctly. Tower Solutions has developed a gen set that can be trusted to stand on its own for long periods of time.

Features

  • The alternator is specially designed to charge batteries and has a robust voltage regulation system.
  • A double layer of insulation on the generator windings extends the life span of the generator.
  • Low susceptibility to high harmonic distortion from non-linear loads.
  • Can start and stop automatically without human intervention.
  • Tilt-out/Lift-out doors can be removed to have more space for servicing.
  • Remote fittings to facilitate draining oil and coolant.
  • Quick stop emergency E-Stop button.
  • Configurable power (voltages & phases) as required.
  • Remote, external battery…. and Diesel fueled.
  • Integrated drip pan to prevent oil and coolant spills.
